    ok so I took as many pics of the features in question. I believe that this might be a 1961 DDR Franklin Half Dollar.

    Please ignore the 1959 in the last shot. I Messed the whole collage thing up.

    It may be machine doubling. It doesn't match the FS-803 in the CPG.
