I don't think so! I see none of the "fat" letters that should be in IGWT, and I don't see any of the markers, either.

Did you check around the N in one to see if the die cleaning lines match?

His coin doesn't have any of the reverse markers. I still say, "No!".

Nope! Nope! Nope! That's not good enough. You would have to have the other markers, too. But even then, they are worthless if you don't have the actual doubling on the obverse......which you don't.
