Are you sure you didn't misread it? It's Niagara Cave, which has a waterfall inside. Not the famous Niagara Falls. It's not really on the beaten path. Southern MN.
I’ve made several while vacationing in various places and I have hundreds of different designs. What I don’t have and would like to have would be a set of elongated cents from the Strasburg Railroad. I’m sure you had a great time while there.
