    Dearborn Above average collector - Is that an Error?

    I signed up for the enrollment on the Mint's web site starting in 2022 for the new silver proof and proof women's Quarter sets.

    BUT my order says "BACKORDER"! Really on an enrollment sign-up only that costs $0.00 US Dollars and does not have to manufactured or anything?

    What's up with that? new silver and proof women's Quarter sets.

    What's up with that?

    I honestly don't understand what you're asking. 2022 products havent gone on sale yet so of course they would be backordered and not charged yet

    Well I was still trying to wake up when I posted that.
    let me explain further..

    In order to get both enrollments for the Proof set and the Reverse proof set, I had to place 2 orders.
    Now it the past, when I ordered an enrollment for a product, I had to go through 'checkout and pay 0.00 dollars. These orders would start out out as 'processing' then after a few hours, the status changes to 'shipped' Because there is nothing to actually ship, the product lands on my enrollment page for me to view or change.

    This time when I made both orders, one went to 'shipped' status and the other went to 'backorder'. I just don't understand the back order status as there is nothing to ship for the enrollment program.

    I don't worry about those sets since in the past under the last two special quarter runs (50 States and ATB) they came as part of the silver proof and proof sets, and I have no desire for more than one of each...never mind no room for more than one of each.

    Well that is all well and good. Lets pretend that it is the regular proof and silver proof sets you want to put onto the enrollment program and the same issue happens.
    My question is NOT about the coins in question, but rather the way the mint is processing the orders. please, lets not get that nit picky.
