I rarely deal in paper but i found these interesting and bought them

    I really don't know much about these but I bought for my china collection.

    Very nice indeed! Especially the 1914 5 Yuan Bank of Communications.

    well im starting to take an interest in paper notes for my daughters collection. so I got a few more.

    All I can say is that the ones with Sun Yat Sen are from Taiwan (or Republic of China - as opposed to People's Republic of China).

    The ones that have the 5-star symbol on the back are from the mainland.

    yes I got some of the history that those were from the Taiwanese that were in control before the big uprising.

    The notes with Sun Yat Sen and the Bank of Communications are from the mainland Republic of China (1911-1949). They are not considered to be from Taiwan.

    The 1945 100 yuan note is from The Federal Reserve Bank of China, a Japanese puppet bank creed during WWII.
