upon examination of the Presidential coins I found 3-4 flaws on the Millard Fillmore coin. The container does not seem to have been fooled with. The picture should show them easily. I would really like to know what to do with this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Enjoy it. If you're talking about those discolorations, just wait, it'll get worse soon enough. I see nothing here that's "getting upset" worthy. Over time, those darker areas will blend, and the darker will become the norm.
