I need help identifying this coin.

    This coin appears to be silver and dated 1850. That is all I can tell. I bought it at a Coin Show in a large group of Barber quarters. Any help is appreciated.

    I think it's from Peru but I'll have to check. Can't make out any words.

    Looks like it may be from France, other than that, can't give you any more information.
    Edit- Definitely could be wrong
