almost all of the pennies have this scratchy look to lincoln's hair - bottom of bust and on reverse lower part of shield. Is this a mint error? What is it? I have never opened a new roll of coins. I ordered these from the mint website in 2010. they have been sitting with my collection unopened until now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
