my new job at work. I find star notes now all the time! Recently the most exciting find was an VF 1993 100.00 star note. Long story short, I was paying a jackpot to a customer when this particular note appeared in the bunch among the new 100's. I said wow look at what you got! I explained to the young lady that she might want to ebay it. And from my opinion, though I am no expert, it might bring a little bit of money over the face value and to look up recent auction prices. She offered it as a tip, but we share tips so I knew I would lose it. I politely declined. She then asked if I wanted to buy it for 150.00. I thought it was a fair price, and she offered her contact information. I just switched departments at work and not wanting to get into trouble, I went and asked my boss if buying that note outside of work would be okay. I was told it was as long as I didnt accept it or do the transaction in the casino. Tomorrow I am going to pick up my new note.. It's kind of neat too, because I graduated H.S. in 1993. I'll post pics when I receive it.
