Should I separate them by variety, flaw, year, ummmmm color lol? So confused Please feel free to speak at me here ty
If you need money fast you're probably best to find someone to help you in your area. Otherwise take to a coin shop and see what they estimate it for. Then maybe not sell it depending upon if you really need the money. Taking it to a pawn shop, etc will get a low ball offer. learning to grade coins can take a while. I'm still not good at it ... years later and I have an interest in it. Then you get to the situation where you have to sell stuff. Sell them individually, by coin type, etc etc First categorize them by denomination. All Dollars together and sort by year; half dollars; etc. Then specific errors separate if you know they are error coins (like your double strike). This will allow an expert to give a better valuation on it since you are in such a hurry. sorry to hear of your father's passing.

added pictures after the fact. lol you may want to post any coin Front and Rear that has written "DoubledDie" or DblDie, DblDate, FullSteps, or "Full" anything from what I see. Those coins, if really are what they are, could probably be sold individually through places like eBay. But that also takes time. This website may help with information ==> https://www.usacoinbook.com/ or books called "Redbook" etc. but this is a learning process as mentioned ...
Sorting for sortings sake doesn't matter. If anything you should sort by value. Keep all the expensive ones together so they can be sold for maximum amounts. Otherwise I would just sort by denomination, as you might find a cent collector who wants any and all pennies he can find. Don't overcomplicate the process especially if you don't even know where or how you'll be selling it.
