I just wanted to apologize for posting a thread to quickly without H.A's or Ebay's explanation of why this dealer posted his currency on 2 different sites.This was the explanation I received. Dealers may list their inventories on Heritage auctions under virtual bourse or buy it now after an approval process. To continue listing, they must follow certain rules to follow through on transactions. This eBay user just happens to also be offering their inventory on HA's site. On Ebay he is offering the currency for more than on HA. Thanks Randy
no worries with all the scams on Ebay... it stands to reasone once in a while a legitimate auction will get caught up as a problem auction. At least now we know its not what we thought it was
