I have about 12 of these with the "ray" pattern on the obverse and reverse in a circular shape around George and Lady Liberty. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think those are metal flow lines caused by die fatigue, maybe an expert will comment later. Those are different than the so called 'starburst' ray pattern which some think was caused by being struck through grease or an error in the anti-oxidant coating.

Whatever it is, its kinda neat... Kinda reminds me of a ""Glow"" or an Aura<SP>....

It's called "starburst". The phenomenon is poorly understood. Explanations offered by the Mint don't hold water. My best guess is that it's due to breakdown of some surface treatment that the dies are subjected to, perhaps to prevent rust. It's not due to die fatigue, as the fine radiating lines show no relief whatsoever and often occur in relatively early die states.
