I do see what you are talking about, however, I believe it was damage done outside of the mint and it happens to somewhat look like a three.
Oh, you mean that itty, bitty little thing. I thought you were talking about a digit the same size as the others. Ask yourself this, "If this was a Mint error, where do you think that "3" came from?" The smallest coin made by the Mint doesn't even use digits that small. Chris
