    it look real, but i need to know if it is.

    I'm not sure I understand exactly what it is that you have.

    in one side it has a shild, and the 2nd side it has a shild too. the same, i had some one look at it and he told me it is real, but i need sec- ope.
    i think there is only one in the . i can't find any on the net.

    This is what genuine Confederate coins look like:

    If your coin is the same size and color as a penny, it might be a Civil War token. I can't see your pictures, so i'm only guessing.
    My gut feeling is that it is some sort of medallion.

    Those are reproduction pieces. Sometimes called medals, medallions or fantasy coins.
    No real value, other than a small novelty value.
