    I tend to agree with solid Fine to borderline VF, so F15 sounds good to me. It looks much better than VG to me.

    Update: comparing it with the pictures on PCGS Photograde (scroll left for the lower grades in that link), it looks like you've got a good case for VF20 there.

    I'll stick with F15 to be conservative. But that's likely a VF or borderline-VF coin.
