I got a GREAT deal here!

I was doing some scouring over on the 'Bay for a 2010 Philadelphia Mint Set, and came across an auction for -

Starting bid for the Philly set was 9.99, and the Denver one someone bid, so I put in a bid of 25 for my max bid, figuring it may go all the way up to that as the seller misnamed both auctions. So, I'm walking away with a full 2008 Set for less than $25 shipped! Best BIN price is $49! Best purchase I've made in a while!

When did the Denver Mint start producing Proof Sets?

 

LOL...that's what I thought too, he mislabeled this extremely! Which made it good for me though!

 

I like the way he worded "item condition":
