I Have No Idea What It Is Besides It German And From The Nazi Era. Let Me Know What You Think.

It Says "treue Dienlte In Der Wehrmacht"

And On The Other Side It Has The # 12

I Have Not The Slightest Clue What The Heck This Is.

Looks Like Some Kind Of Metal Or Something.

    ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I'm not 100% sure exactly what it is, but I believe it's some kind of token that commemorates 12 years of service in the German army. I've seen similar ones in silver with a 4 instead of a 12. It's kind of a miniature version of the "long service" medals issued during WW2.

There's a pic on this site of the two full sized medals (12 & 4)...

That is a Nazi 12 year loyal service medal for service in the Army.

    Translation of the legend is:

    treue Dienste In Der Wehrmacht

"faithful service in the armed forces"

I think you confused the S for an L which is easy to do in that script.
