With all fiats getting clobbered today.I jumped on ebay just to see what the UHRs were going for. Saw that NGC had a PL designation on some of theirs and they were going for more.I havent looked at mine in a while so I grabbed it to see if mine had proof like features. Not an expert but it looks like it would be. What suprised me was the belly button perfectly postioned on Lady Liberty. Was just wondering if one of the graders have given it a special variety and if anyone know how many were out there. And a thanks to the engraver(s) that took a beautiful coin and made it a little seductive.
