I Did Good At the Antique Shop Today

I stocked and straightened my space this morning. Then I removed a small amount of coins from my space. A week from Tuesday I will be getting a showcase, approximately 4’ wide x 5’ high x 14” deep. It locks and is very close to the customers checkout area. It’s very easy to see from that area as it’s about 17’ away within a straight line of sight.
It will have 4 glass shelves but I can get a 5th if I want it. The top shelf will be stocked with my coins and the remaining space will be my rocks, minerals and fossils. Some of them are just as or more expensive as my coins. I’ll take photos next week.
Before I left I looked at 4 other showcases which contain coins. Two of them are dealer's and one has a brick and mortar store.
I bought 2 Morgan’s and 3 Peace Dollars for $55 to $57 each. Melt value is over $67 for a Silver Dollar. I also bought 5 Walking Liberty Half's for $25 to $27 each. Melt is over $31.50 for them. Given the dates and conditions I will turn a fast profit. I could have bought more from their lower prices but the date and/or condition stopped me. I’ll do well enough to make it worth my time. It as Leo makes C my inventory look more attractive. I really don’t need to buy coins to sell but it keeps me happy, busy and sane. What could be better?
