I believe this coin to be an ALEXANDER III (or not . . .)

I believe this coin to be an Alexander III but I am unable to identify the 'reverse'.
It weighs 5.45gm., and measures AE19mm.
The 'obverse' photo is pretty well self explanatory, and I have taken 4 photos of the 'reverse' on different axes.
I am hoping that someone may be able to see something in the photos of the reverse that will point me in the right direction. Thank you.

Not sure about the reverse but the obverse looks like Ptolemy wearing an elephant skin headdress.

It is a coin of Ptolemy I Soter.
Obv.: head of Alexander wearing elephant-skin
Rev. : ΠTOΛEMAIOY BAΣIΛEΩΣ , eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings open.
