I had this coin from my Beginning years. I though all the time, this is a cast coin. And i have i check it on a forum, this is a real beauty roman coin. Is this the right information by my coin Trajan. 98-117. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 25.79 g 5), Rome, 107. IMP CAES NERVAE TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS V P P Laureate bust of Trajan to right, slight drapery on far shoulder Rev. S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI / S C Fortuna standing left, holding rudder and cornucopiae. BMC 797. Cohen 477. Hill 360. RIC 500. Thanks
Trajan was the king of obverse legends. I believe no emperor before or after him ever had as much wording on a coin as he did.
This is an excellent coin. Medoraman is right! Trajan has some really long legends and to someone who could not read it looks like a decoration, consuming the whole perimeter of the coin.
You can't go wrong with Imperator Trajan Optimus Princeps Dacicus Germanicus Parthicus TRP III COS V. Joking aside, its a nice coin that I would like to own. Congrats!
Love the image, but you need to clean up the black background. I did the reverse in just a few seconds:
