    Not Judaic. Looks more like something South Asian/SE Asian.

    Is it tin? That would point to Indonesia maybe. If it is tin, (light), I would search for tin pitis. Many of them look similar to this.

    The material does look like the tin pitis from the Southeast Asian states around the Malay Peninsula and into Sumatra, Java, Borneo and elsewhere. I'm not familiar with the coin though, and I don't recognize the reverse script at all. Is it perhaps some kind of local imitation copying an East Asian language? Or maybe even copying some Latin script? I'm really not sure but it's quite interesting. It could be from somewhere else entirely. Do you know where it came from or anything about it?
