Hypothetical Coin Question?? Bezel or Holed?

    Hypothetically speaking, would you rather have say a Silver coin in a bezel or "Holed"? I prefer holed because you can leave as is or plug the hole. o_O
    I own both BTW (copper/ Silver).....

    Bezel, as the damage may be there but not in a major focal point. The hole or repair is going to attract the eye immediately. The Bezel damage should be less apparent but there may be differences in wear due to the coin actually being worn as jewelry.

    I would not really care. All I see is hole.

    Would you rather have a coin with die scratches or die polish on it? :p

    A personal gift from a family member.
    Thought it my help to view what was a finished piece.

    I have a few coins in a 14k bezel, some with a jump ring like the pic below. None with a hole but I have a few tokens with holes, made that way. :D
