The coin is Austrian, but also bears the titles of the Hungarian kingdom. The titles say: FRANC(iscus) IOS(ephus) D(ei) G(ratia) IMP(erator) AUSTR(iae) REX BOH(emia) GAL(icia) ILL(yria) ETC(etera) ET AP(ostolicum) REX HUNG(aria), meaning: Franz Jozef, by the grace of God emperor of Austria, king of Bohemia, Galicia, Illyria etc., apostolical king of Hungary. The Hungarian gold coins show a standing portrait of the emperor and the titles in Hungarian, not in Latin.
