I have 18,144.30 in Hungarian Froint. 18,000 of is is in bills. I have a 10,000 5,000 2,000 and 1,000 note. All have been circulated slightly, but are still very crisp. I'm not going to bother with the coins right now, because there is only a handfull of them, and I'm no good at grading them. But does anybody know how much these bills are worth?
At Friday's exchange rate they had a face value of just over $70, so if you can find a bank or money exchanger that will take them, you could probably get about $50-55. If we have any members who are Hungarian currency collectors, they would undoubtedly need to see pictures, or at least more complete descriptions including the issuance year and other related information before being able to estimate their numismatic value, if any.
