The Title say's it all...LOL Keep getting out bid by another New York note collector...just wondering if you are here among us lurking in the shadows and taking away the * notes I need for the collection..... Was just out bid by a few bucks this past Tuesday on a 1981B * in Gem 65 Had a late business meeting and missed the final hour of bidding and lost the note! It is difficult to locate stars for some years and if you are here just a message that the battle is on...get ready to bid high my friend cuz I am coming after ya!! Good luck and Great Competition is always fun!! LOL Regards to the Phantom NY note collector!! RickieB
It is NOT me. In the past I had a D note from NY, but it was a common district so I sold it and now have Clevelands and Atlantas.
LOL...ROTFLMAO... Hey Darryl..... This is just too funny!!! Getting sniped on a 1981 star is well lets say alarming!! That tells me not very many examples exist in high grade! Get em while you can....one day they will be worth it! That note went for 160.00 USD including BP....WOW S/L 8th Edition list's it at 125-130.. I bid 130 to meet the reserve! RickieB
I have notes with Lincoln, but they also have a girlie on them. I wouldn't have bought honest Abe, I wanted the girlie.
The Lincoln notes with a Girlie... are they Obsoletes or Old Large Size Treasury Notes?? I know the fractional 50 cent note does not portray him with a girlie...post some pics... RickieB
I actually have a few of these, both first and second obligation: See, Lincoln shared a note with a girlie.
