Maybe you should put it more in terms he's used to: Boy, have you been duped! Here you thought you were partaking in the creation of a heterogenous mixture for the benefit of both of you, when in fact, you'll find the reaction actually creates a compound which only she will understand the nature of. And if you even dare add anything to it to make a colloid, no matter how evenly dispersed it may seem to you, be sure that she will use whatever centrifugal force is needed to remove it! Even if your additions are so small as to make it quite the solution, it will be no solution for the matter to her! And if centrifugal force does not work, she'll simply turn on the Bunsen and condenser to purify her compound to its original form once again. I feel for ya, man!
