Hello and Happy labor day. I was out on Sunday at the local flea market and ended up at a local coin guy that I have bought from many times before. Looking over the table I came across these two pennies. A 1958D wheat and a 1968D memorial. I have never seen coins with anywhere near this amount of color? Are they dyed or how does that happen?

Copper takes on many colors. It's all about how they have been stored.
