how you find is something is worth keeping or not?

    Hi Everyone: I'm kind of new at this. So let's start asking how do you know if something like these are worth something more than the face value or not. Thanks

    I have no idea on paper, but I would keep the red 1953 $2, just because they aren't made any longer and you will probably never see one again unless you buy it. I have a 1934 $20 and I had to keep it. Messed around and lost my blue $5 moving and regret that a lot!

    It's not much different than coins.

    Rareties, printing errors, etc.

    The 1953 $2 probabely would have a premium, or value above face, the others are all printed within the last decade and may not have numismatic value to them.

    Wow!! I don't collect bills much but I think that $2 Red Seal Star Note may be worth a pretty penny!
