uhh.. all that stuff is so illegal.

 

Now people will go out & do that wrecking meters just causes higher taxes . Maybe when they get older & don't live at their parents house they might realize that .

Lol all that stuff is so stupid. I'd rather just pay a quarter or so instead of going through all that trouble doctoring the penny for the meter.

 

Most of us would, but somebody thought of it . . . U gotta admit it is a clever approach to breaking the law! :kewl:

Yikes, the effort some folks make to take the "easy" way out

 

Putting a penny in for a dime I can see be , but hiding fire hydrants , & wrecking property public or private is nuts , and I was pretty wild in my days .

I remember seeing this ages ago.

The parking meters in that video are pretty obsolete.

It's far easier to just stick with quarter sized tokens.
