So I've read PCGS's explanation of their pop report and it's still unclear to me. I get the description and the grade at the top but when you get in to each individual box sometimes you have 2 numbers. One above the other. What does each mean? The top one? The bottom? For instance, the 1,059 over 41?
As mentioned they are different grades. X over Y is looking at it like a math problem which we are trained to do but it isnt. The simplest way I can think of stating is is that the top row is the normal grade and the bottom row is the + grade for that grade level.
