How to Post a Poll?

How do I go about creating and posting a poll.

It's easy. All you do is start a new thread, and in the options on the bottom, click create a poll, as well as the number of options. After you hit submit new thread, you will get to fill in the options. It took me a while to figure it out myself.

 

You have to scroll down further to the SECOND submit thread icon. Try it again.
