Hey does anyone know how to get the rolls of these that we all see selling for the ridiculous premiums on ebay? I have called a few local banks all of which said they don't have any, I then asked if I could order some...they said they could order me a few boxes or nickels or dimes but can't order by year!!! Thanks if anyone knows!
??? Where'd ya' get that from? The circulating dimes and nickels aren't available anywhere, the first people to have them are cointalkers, for dimes it was bobbeth87, and for nickels it was rodzm, and they sold, and still do sell for ridiculous prices.
I must be thinking of something else. Sorry. I don't care about the latest releases, so I don't pay attention.
Getting BU rolls at banks is an art form. You have to go in person and go to several banks on a regular basis. You have to be polite but persistant and ask them to go check the vault (though they hate to do that and usually they won't do it). The reason that bu rolls sell for a premium is that they can be DARN HARD to get from banks.
I don't really care either, except when it comes to low mintage bullion pieces, but when it comes to making money off of, junk, then sign me up.
