Gets good around 4:10 . I'm thinking he should leave his coins slabbed . http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Wf6nyVmuHvg
Amusing ! But a little bit painful. Interesting to hear his anti-slab condescension... then he abuses coins like that. <dude drops 1840 10c on floor> "How many of us have ever done that ?" answer: not all of us, pal ! I've seen big, nasty fingerprints on otherwise glorious 19th-century proofs, because someone just had to "liberate" them and fat-finger them into an album.
Now let's see him try to see those coins: - at the grade on the slab - for at least the same price as paid I strongly suspect the buyer will undergrade them. I strongly suspect the buyer will not pay the same as if they were slabbed. But since the collector said the coins will be in there long after he's gone, I don't think he's concerned.
