Without clear a picture from which to evaluate its condition, I can only estimate that it's retail value is somewhere between ten for a cent and $1.50. According to the Standard Catalog of World Coins, 20th Century 34th Ed., a proof is worth only $1.25, even less than a high-grade uncirculated coin. KM#2886 was struck in aluminum-bronze, and that's an eidelweiss flower on the reverse. 35,632,000 were minted that year. More than a billion were minted from 1959 through 2001, when the design was abandoned with the changeover from schillings/marks to Euros.
Some of these dates are much scarcer than Krause indicates. There are collectors seeking them now days so you might want to get an up to date valuation for them. I think most of the tougher ones are from a little earlier than 1978 though. You might try googling it.
