    Depends on the TPG and the coin, here are the fees for PCGS. Don't forget to include shipping and handling fees too.

    Depends on the catalogue value of the coin, how fast you want it, attributions and a couple other things.
    Surf up the websites (NGC, PCGS, etc.) and get their price listings.
