How much would this cost?

I live in New York State. My friend lives in the state of Washington.
I am thinking of asking him to ship me a $25 brick of circulated ncoln ?cents in order to get the ' D ' mint cents. Has anyone ever done this ? what was the cost? What would you estimate the cost might be?

I've shipped them UPS for about $12 or so.

 

I think the post office has a special deal that cost $4.99 to ship all you can fit in a certain size box. check it out, cause I don't know that much about it!
