How much money have you spent in the past year on coins?

So, like the title says...... How much money have you spent in the past year on coins? |I personally have spent around 1500.00ish

I am not totally sure how much but I think it is between 1 and 2 thousand.

 

I'd say between 4 to 5 thousand.

 

I have lots and lots of pretty red cents !! Yet I spend hundreds of dollars. Know wonder why my wife thinks Im crazy. Then she sees when I sell one!! Then she thinks the buyer is even crazier!!! haha

 

In my case,it would have to be around the NZ$2,500 mark.

i spend less than $1,000, but get alot of coins for my money. i usually buy wheaties and buffalo nickels and other cheap stuff.

 

More than I expected to.

 

Really hard to put an annual amount on my coins budget if you call it that. Last year I spent enough to buy a good used car. This year maybe enough for a good used bicycle

 

I voted under $1000, although I think the total is somewhere right in the neighborhood of a grand. And thats the most I've ever spent on coins in a single year so far.

 

Hmmm...if I don't tell my wife, why should I tell you?

Hmmmm, Iv'e only payed for a few coins so far. I think it is 40$ so far.

 

It varies from year to year depending on what I'm looking for and if it pops up at the right price.

I find that I rarely spend less than $100 on any one coin anymore.

Went through a few months where I bought nothing then suddenly commited to $1750.

Overall I 'd say about 5 grand a year and my wife DOES know this.

 

Well, I specialize in pulling coins from circulation and junk silver coins! If I spent more than $1000, I would have to live in a warehouse to store the stuff

I don't think I have spent more than $100.00 so far....
