How low can you go with off center strikes? Post your you off centers mint errors... what percentage do you have that is close to a near miss strike that still shows some of a device, date, mint mark ,or any other item that links the mostly blank platchet to a coin

I have a 5% Jefferson nickel with the designers FS 99 D as well a TRU on a Lincoln cant at about 1 %

Both strikes are almost in the same alignment with each other.

The coins in post #4,5,6 are not Off-center struck coins, They are mostly
Double Struck coins. They can and do have similar characteristics, but are really two different types of striking errors. They are also nice to see...

I Think this one is around 10-15% Off Center .

Yeah, not real fun. But at least it doesn't have any zinc rot.

air is only one of the factors, I live in a semi-arid climate. The relative humidity stays pretty low and doesn't fluctuate much.

I'm actually intrigued by the notion of collecting some things that would need to be kept in high vacuum or an inert atmosphere. Zincolns don't make the list, though.
