Pictures are slightly out of focus which limits the ability to grade properly. What I can see though is a pretty clean coin. Personally I would leave it in the GSA holder. NGC is the least invasive as far as this goes, PCGS places an encapsulation over the GSA holder which even the most ardent PCGS lovers don't care for.
Slab in GSA by NGC. The GSA holders command a premium over the PCGS ones, if they are NGC certified. Doubtful for a 66 based on the contact marks on both sides of the eagle on the reverse, but 65 looks good to me.
I don't know. I think 66 is in the right neighborhood. I have a few (non-CC's) in MS67 that look similar. Chris
Did you buy the coin this evening on Ebay Germany? I had a closer look too.......but the coin was out of my reach. Good look....
Sweet looking GSA Big Tee. I wish the focus was better so I could see the cheek better, but, that is one really clean obverse. Agree with Morgandude about the reverse; however, seems GSA's get a little leeway. I'll say 66! I'd also go with NGC. You can still use the Blue GSA box when they grade the coin in the holder.
Yea. This will be going in when I get it. I'll be posting a guess the grade on all the coins I'm sending in within the next week or so.
Send it in the holder to ngc hard to tell from the pics looks very clean. If it was a 80-s I'd say 65 being a cc I'm gonna say 66 hard to tell about the luster from the pics tho
