Right now I'm using Coin Tubes and Portfolios, especially for my circulated coins. B12

Right now, while my coins are in storage, I have a lot of them in ziploc sandwich bags. As far as I know, those bags are inert....if they aren't, please tell me :D

I think it may tone them... I have a few bicentennials in those bags and a few turned a gold color. Or it is because I keep them in a plastic bin.

The bags are safe, in regard to PVC anyway, there is none. But they won't stop the coins from toning due to enviromental conditions.

Good news! As for enviroment, well, its improved significantly since Ive moved to utah (15-25% humidity, as opposed to 60-110% in Maine[bleeech!])

My middle to high-end raw coins are all put in Airtites, my low-end raw goes into 2x2's and flips. My rolled coins are put into square coin tubes (still in orig. paper wrapper). My mint products all stay in their orig. packaging. My tokens, challenge coins and other misc. go into Airtites, 2x2's, flips or bags depending on value. Then all are stored in a humidity contolled cabinet.
