How do you identify a 1959 hanging 9

Good morning!
I tried to look for an answer to this question on line, but can't get a real answer. I saw the explanation pointed/blunt 5 thing, but nothing that helped with the 9. Could you tell me what I'm looking for in this hanging 9? Thanks in advance.

Please ignore this thread, I posted a more accurate one right after this one. I'm asking about a 1959 Canadian coin, someyhing about a hanging 9. They don't give me a comparision picture. I haven't a clue how yo distinguish between the 2.

I did, I don't have a 1959 Canadian cent, but I saw some interesting things about it on UTube. Just thought I'd take a closer look at it. I'll wait until I find one to really try to figure it out. Thanks for checking on me, you are a nice well known member!!
