how do I go about getting a couple of coins graded?

I have a couple of coins that I really think need to be graded. I've tried selling them and people are backing off citing lack of grading. One is an 1801 silver dollar and the other is a tenth ounce gold bullion.

I've looked at a couple of the well known grading sites for submission info, but it looks like I need to be a member so I'm looking for alternatives since it is just a couple of coins.

    Thanks

I would suggest posting clear pictures of the 1801 silver dollar and we can determine it's authenticity. the 1/10 gold bullion coin IS NOT worth getting graded because that won't increase it's value, and you can prove it's authenticity otherwise.

What he said. why would someone want the 1/10th graded?

Some coin dealers will help with submitting coins for slabbing, do you have a dealer you work with regularly? Also, some of the slabbing services will setup at coin shows, you could bring your coin there. I like the suggestion @xGAJx made about showing us a picture of your coins first.
