    I wouldn't be wearing out my fingers looking for this one. And I wouldn't be wasting time with articles like the one cited. There has been a rash of them lately.

    Its was acually struck at the mint, but I do not think it is a legitimate error because it HAD to have been mint-assisted. "Error" implies "by accident," and this was not done by accident.
