    It is a nice coin, for being cleaned. I think you are better off finding original seated quarters that have not been cleaned--they will retain their value. A cleaned coin is always devalued.

    For a very common LS type coin with a known problem, you did fine. Not great, but okay. Not much can really be expected with a cleaned coin under $20, but be sure to closely examine the dentiles (below the date) once in-hand. While the odds may be small, there is always a chance for a pleasant surprise.
