Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

New acquisition of 1963 mint set and from what I can tell it looks like everything except the Lincoln in the D set is RPM. I can't get good pictures through the plastic to post but I do have the following questions.
    1. Do I break them out or is there more value in keeping the set intact?
    2. Just how common is it to find the same type variety in multiples in a set like this?

    Your opinions please.

That would be a very rare set. Leave it intact till you can get some good pics. I would be interested to see such a rarity.
