While everyone is keeping a watch on silver and gold, don't forget that copper! Copper has slowly been inching its way up and is now at $2.12

Whats the price gotta be before people start melting pre-82 pennies?

Your a little late with that question. I know a few people that have been melting them down along with copper wire, copper tubing, etc for a long time now.

I think there are about 154 copper cents ( pre '82 ) to the pound.
