Nice 45 Triple -die Reverse I have one too ...PUP America and mint mark for those who are guessing where the Variety can be found.

 

I have about another 50 /60+ some I love to get graded A Lot with FS! ....and all UNC. NGC did a mess of these for me and were amazed by the condition of the specimens I submitted. I have sold a few over the years Plan to hold the rest as you just don't find errors like these anymore.

Here's one I love 99.99 off centered a 1999 D Jefferson.

 

Um, it looks more like 99.962% O/C to me.

Bags...... Chris searching bags....Errors like these never found in rolls as it would jam the machine. However now a days they catch errors like this before they leave the mint. So that said you be very lucky to find any errors like these.....not saying you won't but odds are against it.
