How about a guess the grade contest? UPDATE with WINNER!

I've been a member here at Cointalk for a while, but have yet to do a giveaway. So I guess the time has come! The rules are simple, guess the grade and EXACT name of the grading company featured on the slab of this 1881-S Morgan. The first person to correctly identify the grade and company will win the PCGS AU58 1944-S Walker shown. If no one guesses correctly by 9:00 PM EST on Sunday February 4, 2007, I will randomly pick a winner from the entrants. One guess per person please.
