Yes, I thought of Dolley Madison on that commem, too, though she's not really a portrait of Liberty. Love that design.

The Type 1 SLQ will certainly garner the most points for being titillating, however my vote goes to the lovely lines of the seated Lady Liberty's.
Maybe not "hot", but I've always thought the '07 and '08 halves show a Liberty with kind of a regal look to her.
